We are proud to announce that the Big Data harmonization project in the OMOP Common Data Model promoted by the Cardinal G. Panico Hospital has been successfully completed.
The project, which obtained funding from the “5th Data Partner Call” of IMI EHDEN, has allowed to convert patient data from the Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases into the OMOP CDM format and Cerebral Aging collected in hospital databases, with the aim of increasing knowledge of the pathologies treated through the sharing of data between cutting-edge European research centres and enhance clinical research.
DataRiver, as certified SME by the IMI EHDEN consortium, supported the Cardinale G. Panico Hospital in the execution of the project, carrying out data cleaning, processing and mapping of data sources according to the OMOP Common Data Model.
